I agree with the statement. 

Because:

1.It is helpful for students to gain new experiences by meeting new people, and trying new and different things every season. (Thesis)

2.It is helpful for students to meet new people and learn new things from them. 

3.It is helpful for students to experience new kinds of sports or activities that can help them to get to know their talents better. 

4.It is helpful for students to be involved in different kinds of activities that are not always academic.

1.Met different people and different teachers through three different seasons. Had the chance to spend time with a lot of different people by doing three different things. More activities, more friends and people to meet. 

2.Managing time, and healthier mind. Sports, changed my nutrition habit. Made it better. Made me happier because of everyday exercise. So I was happier during school days. 

3.More hardworking, learned teamwork, learned to be patient (not good at soccer but then developed).
