What makes a positive & effective clasroom community?

To make a clasroom positive and effective we have to be respectful to each other. When we act respectfully we can listen to each other and learn from each other. We need to have good teamwork to develop our relationship with our friends. Being creative can help us to find solutions to some problems in the classroom. If everyone follows the rules there won't be any disagreements and people will respect each other. We have to have a positive attitude to be able to interact with poeple in a nice way.
